Description
This is a fascinating pack of facsimile documents from World War One. The smallest items are a collection of cigarette size cards in the form of recruiting posters and photographs of weapons of war of the period. There is a copy of the Patriotic Pledge, Propaganda cards, an Identity Card and several forms and information leaflets. A copy of The Star newspaper from November 11, 1918 announcing the Armistice and a confidential medical report completes the pack.
